Over 20000 die in India due to dogbites every year. India has more than 80% of dogbite death cases world . Solution ---- RTR over Ministers, Municipal Commissioners and Mayor

On one hand BJP-leaders such as Maneka, NaMo , Sonia, AK,etc oppose killing dogs. And they also refuse to allocate funds to create dog hostels to confine dogs. So there lakhs of dogs on streets across India. The problem of dog-cr1p is small, but problem of dogbites is huge. The problem mainly involves lower class and not wealthy people.

India faces over 20000 deaths due to dogbites every year, mostly lower class and slum dwellers. Even African countries dont have such poor record on per capita basis.

It is nauseating to see middle classmen gloating over swachh india , posting selfies and at the same time shamelessly supporting leaders like Maneka, NaMo etc who are responsible for this dogbite deaths.

Solution I propose is Right to Recall Municipal Commissioner and RTR Mayor, and expelling Ministers like Maneka Gandhi. The main reason why Municipal Commissioner and Mayors doct act on dog problem is the law-draft printed by Maneka (I dont know in which year and whether in VPS Govt or ABV Govt). But ABV, NaMo, Sonia, AK have all supported this law. So municipalities arent able to kill stray dogs, unless a vet certifies them as rabies infected dog !! With RTR over Ministers, such Ministers like Maneka Gandhi can be expelled. And neither Municipal Commissioner nor Mayor spend a dime in making dog hostels. Thats because the suffers are poor slum dwellers whose day in politics end with voting. But once RTR over Municipal Commissioner and RTR over Mayor comes, their power will continue even after voting day ends. And so with RTR over Municipal Commissioners and Mayors,they will either openly oppose Ministerial dictates from Maneka gandhi like Ministers, or allocate funds to make dog hostels.
