The graph is made by wall street journal. So I dont trust it off hand, but it agrees with what I was seeing in newspaper and hearing from people who saw TV (I dont see TV at all).

NaMo's coverage on paid-media shot up after 15-feb-2014 and that of AK, Sonia, RaGa all decreased.

The reason is why West , which owns paidmedia in India, wants NaMo to be PM is that by feb-2014, NaMo accepted all FDI conditions. And FDI would be easy under NaMo than COngress. eg if Congress had proposed 100% FDI in Railways, then RSS\BST would have called for bharat bandh and rail roko etc.So once BJP agreed with FDI etc in feb-2014, paidmedia drastically increased coverage of NaMo, and decreased coverage of AK.

Also, USA needs lakhs of soldiers to deal with ISIS, Iran ehc. Indians would NOT fight under leadership of Sonia, but would fight under leadership of NaMo. So NaMo as PM is better for US in taking India against ISIS etc.
