How do we preserve Govt records? Due to fire in Bhavanagar court , some 500,000 pages of important court documents got burnt !! (see link in first comment) . Many people may have lost their originals !! When such fires happens, criminals have a field day using distorted forged papers.

How can ensure that govt records dont get lost in fire and dont get forged and tempered? In a war like situtaion, we may end up losing documents of whole region

The method I propose is to keep copies of all documents on torrents. Whats the method you propose? A torrent may get lost, but if one has kept copies, then it can be easily recreated. And a torrent cant be tempered.
