1. What do you call a scheme where Govt print law-drafts, that would allow foreign companies to run urban utilities like water supply, electricity supply, sewer, traffic management, public transport etc and that law-draft will STOP indian players from entering in utlity business !!! Would you call it "handing over to foreigners"? Well, I call it SMART CITY !! A cute name for selling out , no ?!! Well, slogan shouters may shout "smart city ki jai ho" and "every city, smart city" !!! Some smart city will be made by Japanese, some by Americans. None by Indians !!

2. About FDI = First Develop India ----

Lets say an Indian works in India, and exports his goods and brings $ 1 billion. And say RBI gives him Rs 6000 crore. And say that Indian invests Rs 6000 crore in some business and earns Rs 500 crore and pays say Rs 200 crore as taxes. Then GoI will NOT give that Indian the dollars for that Rs 300 crore of post tax profits. Whereas say a videshi brings $ 1 billion And say RBI gives him Rs 6000 crore. And say that videshi invests Rs 6000 crore in some business and earns Rs 500 crore and pays Rs 200 crore taxes . Then GoI will give that videshi dollars for that Rs 300 crore of his post tax profits !!

IOW, FDI as implemented by SoMoKe distorts level field. And now since GoI doesnt have dollars, the deal GoI = SoMOke gives to videshi is that "dont ask for dollars, and we wont tax you at all !!". So SoMOke will ask desi to pay Rs 200 crore taxes, while videshi will pay no taxes !! So every year, videshi's capital will increase. Soon , he will have more capital. So his prices will be lower, salaries will be better and so desi will have no option but to become his satellite !!

Solution I propose is to print law-draft that GoI dont give dollars to anyone . Each person will have to bring dollars on his own, sell to private players and get dollars from private players when he wants it back. Whether you take profits back or not, taxes will be same. But all that can happen only if slogan shouting stops, If slogan shouting for SoMoKe goes on, then voice for law-drafts will completely get supressed
