Jayalalitha case --- Jury should imprison her, not judges. This was a hit job by judge-controllers and is this goes on, the judge-controllers will threaten all leaders to get policies they want.

JJ's imprisonment is NOT long hand of law taking its course. If law were to take its own couttakes its course, it is never so selective. The honchos who control judges have done a hit job and it isnt NaMo or BJP. Look at the timing. Why was punishment issued on Saturday, that too a 4th saturday, when courts are generally not doing any work, except emergency work like bail hearing. All normal work is generally done in the middle of the weekdays. What was so urgent in a case where accused isnt running away and case itself is 18 years old? Also, the judgment came when High Court is on vacation and PM is in USA. Too much coincidence.

SuSwa = Subramanian Swamy isnt powerful enough to make courts sway. SuSwa is just a clerk hired by those who control judges. SuSwa takes files to court so that a show can be made that it was SuSwa who did it.

The judge controllers can do same things with all leaders in India and also with all BJP leaders in India. Even NaMo can face same fate given 10s of cases around him. What is worse is that judge controllers can use this to blackmail Indian leaders and get policies they want. And very few will suspect , given that paidmedia keeps saying that judges are independent and all that.

JJ, A Raja, Maya, Sonia, Arun Jetley etc should be all imprisoned , but by a procedure which initiates FAIR TRIALS on ALL corrupt apex leaders. A procedure that is open, transparent and under FULL control of citizens. Not a procedure where one is forced to assume that "judge can never take bribe or judge can never be controlled to speed up or delay the cases" etc etc. By having a procedure where judges can time, speed up and delay the cases, we are giving open invitation to judge controlling elitemen, be desi or videshi , to control our leaders and control whole India. .
