In past 20 years, crores of tribals, dalits, OBCs and also upper caste etc across India --- Gujarat, Rajastha, MP, Jharkhand, Chhatisgadh, Orissa and several states have become followers of Asaram Bapu, and given up meat etc and also liquor. The number would be at least 2 crore to some 4 crore. If you have anyone who works in tribal areas --- you an ask him which saint (other that "missionaries" ( is doing most work in tribal and deep rural areas. Most will give name of Sant Sri Asaram Bapu.

The case has its own story. So complex, that the judges from lower court to supreme cant even decide age of victim in 1 year !! Something that a doctor can do using bone test using one week or less !! Why cant judges decide the age? That is something for you to decide. I will write more on it in some other posts.
