Please order Railway Minister to issue print following orders in Gazette.
.
1. The Railways supervisor of VIP reservation will put names of all VIPs and how much reservations they used every in past 12 months monthwise and also annual totals. of past 5 years, on internet.
.
2. The Railways supervisor of VIP reservation will also setup system that each time a VIP reservation is used, that VIP would get an SMS and also an email. because that some VIP's signatures could be forged. So SMS and email will work as cross check.

3. The railways will charge Tatkal fare plus 25% extra on VIP reservations, except when VIP himself is personally travelling and is entitled for free journey OR VIP is Govt employee himself.
