Since 1998 we have been asking voters of India to support Right to Recall judges. And one example of success of Right to Recall judges is in Japan. In Japan, the PM appoints Supreme Court judges. And 5 years after Supreme judge is appointed, in the next general MP election, a YES/NO question is placed on the ballot paper --- "should this Supreme judge be continued or expelled"? And if majority demand expulsion, then that Supreme judge is expelled. This is mild version of recall, where citizens cant exercise RTR anytime, but once every 5 years. This is called as "JUDICIAL RETENTION ELECTION" aka "CITIZEN'S REVIEW OVER JUDICIARY".

The Supreme judges in Japan are appointed by PM. And lower court judges are appointed by Supreme Judges. Also, the lower court judges are selected by written exams like UPSC and not appointed by pure discretion as it is in India. And the Japan, lower court judges too are subject to recall using so called "retention election".

I have asked numerous journalists and textbook writers to inform citizens about mind version of Right to Recall judges in Japan. But all said that they get paid cash from elitemen for NOT passing this information , and so they refused to print this in their columns and textbooks. Next came tall leaders like SoMoKe etc. They too opposed such RTR or retention election over judges as that would reduce ability of judges to serve the rich elitemen. Anyone who supports RTR-judges or even retention election for judges as used in Japan and many US States would come in bad book of elitemen, mineral mafia, land mafia etc. SoMoKe needed support of all these elitemen, mafia etc for election etc. And so they too opposed RTR-judges ,retention election. etc. To the extent that SoMoKe dont even give information to voters about such procedures used in Japan, US states etc. RSS-apex has also opposed RTR-judges Japan-like retention election for judges for same reason --- because the y dont want to come in bad books of giant land owners namely ex-kings, temple-owners etc. The workers insisted on andhbhagats of apex. They said that SoMoKe dont talk about "retention election for judges" and so it must be bad and so we will also oppose it !!

The lack of citizens' review over judges in India enabled desi/videshi mafia to bribe judges to get the orders they want and get nefarious benefits.

Each activist has to decide whether he is interested in fixing courts or not. If he is interested in fixing courts, then first thing he should realize that SoMoKe and CoBhApSwaRa-workers are NOT interested in improving courts at all. If he confines to SoMoKe-bhakti and CoBhApSwaRa-activites, then courts will never improve.

Solution I propose is that activists should stop spending time in SoMoKe-andhbhakti and CoBhApSwaRa-activities. They should spend time in informing voters about PROCEDURES citizens in West/Japan have used to fix their courts, such as election of judges, recall, , judicial retention election as used in Japan, Jury System , Grand Jury Sytem, narco-test in public etc,.
