One way to reduce your inefficiency on facebook.
.
1. IGNORE Newsfeeds. Newsfeed is waste of time.
.
2. Make a friends' group called as "politically important postors".
.
3. Put people who IYO write important political posts.
.
4. Instead of newsfeed , please see the posts by people in THAT group once a day.
.
Number of people in that group should be small , say 10-20
.
