We should have 2 child law-draft as follows --- those who have more than two children will be penalized in many ways, but those who have 1 or 2 children will be taxed at lower tax rate, !!! eg The tax rate on those who have zero child should be 30%, and those who have 1 child should be 27% and those who have 2 children should be 25%. The tax break will apply till the range of Rs 0 to Rs 5 crore of annual income, and after Rs 5 crore, it will be zero. That way number of couples who have less than two children for career reasons will reduce. And tax rate will be 30% for those have two more than 2 children.

In addition, there should be other penalties for those who have more than 2 children -- such as weight of their vote should reduce, they should get lesser share in mineral royalties . And having more than 4 children should fetch prison sentence on both parents.

But tax breaks are needed to stop this suicidal one child norm.
