1. Katju's exposing corrupt (dalit) judges --- Kathu only wants to make case for National judicratic Commission
.
2. Haryana SGPC - a Congressi move that NaMo seems to be supporting
.
Please google on recent expose ex-judge Markendey Katju made. Katju didnt say that the three Supreme judges took bribes. Katju is ONLY accusing that (dalit?) Tamil judge of taking bribes, and projecting that the three Supreme judges were pressurized to continue his judgeship. Reality is that over 80% judges across India have been corrupt, nepotic, selling judgements for career etc since 1950s. But which judges got publicly scrutinized? Only Paul Daniel Danakaran , Bala Krishnanan (*) and now one more judge is being being named. Basically, corrupt dalit judges get more expose from Bhushans, Katju, paidmedia etc then upper caste judges who may be 10 times more corrupt. The reason is that judgeships in India are family business. And the families who own the judges' chairs dont want to give to other rising classes. And so they selectively use allegations of corruption to block other families from rising.
.
(* - another judge who got public expose , Sen, wasnt Dalit, but what he did was stealing money in black and white on paper, which made a water tight case. And so he faced impeachment)
.
Also, Katju is wants to create a favourable case for so called National judocratic Commission. Basically, MNC-owners and Missionaries want an apex body of 10 henchmen called as National judocratic Commissioners who will take ALL decisions of appointment, promotion, transfers and even expulsion of all 900 High Courts judges and 25 SCjs. That way, MNC-Missionaries can control all HCjs and SCjs merely by controlling 10 apex men only. So Katju has been paid to say that "collegium system is bad" so that National Judocratic Commission proposal can get chance to enter in the door. as per Katju, he became judge because his father had good terms with JLN and Devi Indira Amma. Otherwise, he never had any merit to speak of.
We all know that judiciary has been rotting since 1950s. But solution isnt people like Katju or National judocratic Commissions. Solutions are right to recall judges, Jury System, recruitment by written exams only, randomized transfers etc etc. please see chap-21 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm for details.

Haryana SGPC
.
The role of BJP\NaMo may be there. Lets look at time line and some facts.
.
1. To present any bill in Assembly, Governor has to give consent to Speaker. When bill was presented, it was Congress Governor under Congress PM and so BJP cant be blamed.
.
2. The bill was passed on 7-july-2014
.
3. The Governor Jagannath Pahadia, a Congressman , ex-Rajasthan-CM from Congress, signs the bill on 14-july-2014
.
The Governor are supposed to explicitly or implicitly consult PM or HomeMin before signing any major bill. This is their job. They are PM's representative in State. There was agap of 7 days --- enough for NaMo\RNS to send orders to Governor not to sign it.
.
Also, the Governor can sign the bill ONLY after Secretary to Governor presents it before the Governor !! The Secretary is the custodian of all files. The Governor has access to any file !! Such Secretaries are always loyal to Central Govt. Without tacit consent from NaMo, the Secretary to Governor will never dare to put file before the Governor !! IOW, NaMo must have implicitly asked Secretary to Governor and Governor to sign the HSGPC bill. .
.
Now there is NO cogent reason that Haryana Sikhs want a separate body. For all practical purposes, Haryana Sikhs are same as Punjabi Sikhs. Across India, there are only two SGPC -- SGPC and Delhi SGPC. Delhi SGPC was created by Devi Indira Amma in 1971, and she had taken this WRONG step to reduce the stronghold of Akali Dal in Delhi. And Sikhs got royally offended by her move. And the point became sore point again in 1980s..
.
Now many sikhs rightly or wrongly see Haryana SGPC as move from Congress, BJP etc as attempt to divide Sikhs across state lines.
.
If a Minister is corrupt, then solution is NOT to demolish that department, but to expel/imprison that Minister. Is a state govt is out of control, then solution is not to break that state, but fix the govt. . Same way, Badals are corrupt and they might even be in drug trade. But worst way to reduce their strength is dividing SGPC. The solution to Badal problem is to expel Badals and imprison for their bribery.
..
Now since decades, a 3 step process was started by Missionaries etc to break SGPC
.
1. Allow Badals to control SGPC to the extent that SGPC becomes its fiefdom
.
2. Give a long rope to Badals to rob Punjab and also ruin SGPC
.
3. Then using Badals as alibi, break SGPC !!!
.
HSGPC is start. Very soon, Missionaries etc using mascots will make demands for 23 more SGPC across all states. It is sad to see that BJP seems to be supporting this line and not opposing it
