In Jan-2013, the recallist aka Right to Recall Group activists started campaign asking voters to order MPs via SMS to lower juvenile age from 18 years to 16 years. As more and more voters ordered MPs via SMS, the campaign grew. Finally, NaMo govt has been pressurized to reduce the age.

Please note that AAP= AK had opposed lowering the juvenile age. And BJP\Congress workers too never supported in the beginning. In fact, BJP workers , even now, hide the fact that it was BJP govt who had raised the age from 16 years to 18 years !!!
