Artificial increase in tomato price has slowly making way for proposal to preserve vegetables by radiation !!

While I am writing this, tomatoes are rotting in AP as there are no buyers even at Rs 8 per kg. And in most cities, the price is Rs 60 to Rs 80 to even Rs 100 per kg !! The scarcity is 100% Minister-made, not just man made.

The scarcity is used to create a notion that food vegetable scarcity can be reduced by preservation using radiation !!! And thus demand for radiation is being created.
