In aronud year 2006, a big time land mafia sold a plot in Nodia circle rate worth Rs 7 crore to wife of HONORABLE Justice Jagdish Bhalla for Rs 5 lakhs !!! Solution : print law-draft which makes competitive sale must for plots/flats . such law exists in Lativa and many countries. SoMoKe , SoMeke-andhbhagats , and CoBhApSwaRa-workers oppose this law-draft. Why? Please read on.

"According to documents produced by COJA on 21 July 2003, Renu Bhalla bought a 7,200 sq. metre plot near the Noida-Greater Noida expressway. On 28 March 2005, Uday Shankar, dsp, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida’s official name) submitted a report to the area dm in which he states that the sellers of the plot belong to the “land mafia”. In an enquiry submitted to the dm on 26 June 2005, RK Singh, the area sdm, also described the sellers as belonging to the “land mafia”. According to the two reports, the plots constituted a portion of the gram samaj (joint village property) land, illegally grabbed by the “land mafia”. (All the documents relating to the transaction are in possession of Tehelka). The SDM’s report says that at the time of the transaction, the plot was worth Rs 7.20 crore in the open market, whereas Renu Bhalla paid Rs 5 lakh for it. The two reports also state that the sellers of the plot have been charged in several criminal cases, and had sold plots to several influential people to curry favour with them. Renu Bhalla is the wife of HONORABLE Justice Jagdish Bhalla."

Now such thing is unlikely in many countries. Why? Because the law there says that if A sells plot to B for say Rs 1 crore, and if someone else say C within 30 days offers a price 15% more, then plot would go to C, and B would get 10% more than what he paid. So if someone puts a price say 15% below market, is is sure to lose that plot to someone else. (see chap-25 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm for details).

In fact this law can reduce black rupees in India by 80% within 3 months !! Bharat Swabhiman Trust workers have years and years to shout slogans to bring black dollars from abroad. But they have no interest in reducing black rupees in India using a simple 2 page law-draft !!

A huge amount of corruption in goes via under-valued sale of plots and flats. eg say a mafia wishes to pay rs 10 crore to some neta-babu-ias-ips-judge etc. Then one of easiest vehicle is to sell him a flat worth Rs 10 crore to him for pittance. The worst case is that buyer has to pay 5% of market price as stamp duty !!

Now SoMoke , SoMoke-andhbjagats and CoBhApSwaRa-workers have all opposed this law-drafts !! Why? Please ask them.

SoMoKe opposes as they depend on Congress, BJP leaders and people like Jindal who have hoarded plots by miles. Any action against their sponsor can end their career within days. And they love their positions too much, and so such a law is no no for them.

Their andbhagats dont want these tall leaders to appear as someone "weaker than land mafia" and "dependent in land mafia".

And CoBhApSwaRa are busy slogan shouting, cap wearing , mask wearing etc etc. So they also oppose this law-draft.

Moral of the story is ---if you want good law-drafts to come to India, then please dont waste time in SoMoKe-bhakti and please dump company of CoBhApSwaRa -workers. In fact, you can start publicizing these law-drafts, and soon they will dump YOU. In any case, good law-drafts will come to India earlier
