Normally, I dont put breaking news as my status, as everyone who reads my status, reads mewspaper and so they will know next day anyway . But some news are too funny, and so deserve a mention.

And this news takes the prize --- CBN wants Rs 13,20,000 crore i.e. about Rs 1000 per Indian citizen from center to build the new capital city for AP. Please read --- rupees thirteen lakh crores only. That amount is 13% of annual Indian GDP. And it is more than taxes state plus center collect in one year. And it is equal to 10 years of defence budget.

Instead of discussing merits of this demand, it is better we discuss what drug CBN is smoking. IMO, it must be cocaine. And whatever he is smoking, it is really really good stuff. IMO, if CBN sells that cocaine in free market, and I am sure he can make earn this Rs 13,20,000 crores in one year. And IMO that is the ONLY way he is going to get this money. Because I dont think central govt has even 5% of what he is asking.

SOLUTION : so solution I propose is --- instead of giving Rs 13,20,000 crores to CBN, the central govt should make a law allowing CBN to sell cocaine he smokes, It is the best quality mankind has seen. And that will easily fetch him Rs 13,20,000 crore in few weeks. And then he wont need any more money from center.

That aside, solution we need is TCP-draft, see section-1.3 in rahilmehta . com / 301.htm . Once that draft is printed in Gazette, no CM would make such kind of ridiculous demands.
