How SEZs are used to smuggle in gold in India.

It says that some SEZ-owners were importing gold from Dubai. SEZs dont have to pay custom duty. And then these SEZ owners used to sell gold in local markets. Now SEZs have to show export. That is NOT difficult. They can have to setup one unit which imports fictitious goods from a Mauritius company M. So that M will have dollars. And then SEZ can show fictitious exports to that Mauritius company M.

Solution is to remove tax exemptions from SEZs. And gold should be made duty free, but each person should be required to get dollars on his own for any imports be gold or mobile. And imports should be taken as non-deductible expenses. Now how can we get these law-drafts passed? By forcing leaders to print TCP in Gazette. see section-1.3 of rahulmehta . com/301.htm for TCP.

Now please note that Congress = Sonia = NaMo = BJP = AAP = AK = Bhagwat are all supporting these nefarious tax exemptions give to SEZs.. On this issue, Sonia = NaMo = AK !! And we are RTR group are the ONLY political activists in India demanding end to tax exemptions given to SEZs. BST-workers too have refused to give newspaper advt to end SEZ's tax exemptions because BST-workers now support SEZs. So if YOU want nefarious tax exemptions given to SEZs to end, then please dont waste time with Congress-workers, BJP-workers, RSS-workers, AAP-workers, NaMo-bhagats, AK-bhagats, Sonia-bhagats. Please work with us RTR-activists ONLY.
