Affidavit on General VK Singh issue -- it was given to court by the officer appointed by UPA , after Arun Jetley took over, and before he was replaced by new officer. Jetley's role looks fishy --- he wants to harass VKS because VKS once opposed FDI in defence.

Arun Jetley has been an MNC-agent since decades. In ABV Govt he had sold off Modern Food to Hindustan Level for mere Rs 150 crore, while MF had plots woirth Rs 2000 crore in delhi itself. The reason why MNC-owners forced NaMo to give him 3 huge Ministries was to get 100% FDI in defence fast. But that wasnt all. VKS had been opposing 100% FDI in defence..

And so this is how Jetley is making VKS's life difficult --- Jetley asked the officer appointed by UPA to give the malafide affidavit which paints VKS in bad light to the Supreme Court, just one day after Jetley became Minister, and just two days before that UPA officer was replaced by new one. IOW, Jetley can put the blame on that officer and walk away.

Now the affidavit submitted by Govt, with approval of Jetley says that VSK had taken action against Lt General Suhag due to porejudice and malafide intentions !! The supreme judge can use this affidavit to summon VKS in person !! And this may force VKS to resign.

All in all, VKS is being forced to agree to FDI in defence. And the affidavit is trick by jetley to force him to do so,.
