Power cuts --- Mukeshbhai\Tata\foreigners may make a case of privatization of Trancos. How Congress\BJP\AAP are helping them . Solution? please see last para.

There are power cuts due to storm, and some other perpetual problems. And there are Genco who have useused capacity exceeding 25000 MW !!! IOW, Generating companies have plants which are idle or grossly underused. Why? Because transmission companies dont have network to carry all the electricity they can produce to all Distribution Companies which need.

So Mukeshbhai\Tata and foreigners can very well now make a case to privatize Transmission companies.

Congress\BJP have always supported large scale privatization. In 1998-2004, BJP proudly privatized Hindustan Zinc to an Indian company, which was later taken over by British Company, and privatized 26% of IPCL to Mukeshbhai, and later allowed Mukeshbhai to buy 20% more via market. And BJP is notorious for giving away VSNL to Tata for a price less than 1/10th of plots VSNL owned , forget buildings, equipments etc.

AAP = AK has opposed the law-drafts necessary to improve efficiencies of PSUs (such as RTR over PSU Chairmen, JurySys over PSU staff. narco tests in public in serious cases of corruption in PSUs etc ).

IOW, Congress\BJP\AAP haves blocked all ways of improving PSUs such as Transcos, and then Congress\BJP bat for privatization. AAP = AK will focus on on slogan shouting. And so problem will detoriate, And finally, public opinion will move in favor of privatization of Transco and other PSUs.

Privization will only make it easy for foreigners to later take it over. eg there will be huge hue and cry if foreigners were to take over Delhi power companies. But say first the companies are made private with respectable Indians as owners, be Tata or Mukeshbhai etc. Then foreigners buy it bit by bit. Then whole takeover will go unnoticed,. Foreigners bought ICICI , HDFC got "taken overt" by foreigners in 2010, and not many people even know about it !!!

Once foreigners own Tranco, it becomes trivially easy for them to defeat in us in war. They have to just turn one switch off, and whole country including Military bases go off. No wonder why AAP = AK is opposing means to improve efficiencies of PSUs, so that demand for privatzation of tansco and PSUs become popular.

Solution : I propose is to improve efficiencies of Transcos and all PSUs using RTR over Chairmen, JurySys over staff and narco-test in public over Chairmen and staff in serious cases of corruption. Please oppose corrupt people Arun Shourie etc who always bat for privatization of everything and anything.

Lets see if power cuts become case of privatization of Transco.
