An old modus operandi of elitemen goes as follow --- when an elitemen like Mukeshbhai Ambani makes an MP a Minister, then Mukeshbhai decides who his PA , PS etc will be, so that Mukeshbhai can know what his appointee Minister is doing. Thats how world has been going on for past 5000 years.

Now Nripendra Mishra is supposed to be an IMF man. So did IMF etc dictated that Nripendra Mishra should be Principal Secretary?

Does NaMo know Mishra well personally? Has he worked with him? Unlikely. I could not find any mention of Mishra working in Gujarat. And why didnt NaMo pick one of the Gujarat cadre officers he has worked with for so many year?

Now if the decision to appoint Mishra as Principal Secretary is of BJP or RSS or NaMo, then all is well. But if IMF has decided dramatic and fast appointment of Nripendra Mishra as Principal Secretary, then something is unwell. And please see Mishra's appointment in conjunction with how fast PMO moved to meet foreign elitemen's demand to allow FDI in defence and newspapers, So IMO, all is unwell. We may be back to PVNR days when IMF etc decided all Indian policies. In jun-2013 in my video, I had said that "MNC-owners using paidmedia and AK will corner and force NaMo\BJP to accept all MNC-owners' conditions". That could have have happened.
