Sonia\NaMo\AK want to strengthen Singapore route !!! As if Mauritius route is not enough !! Solution? See last para.

Sonia Gandhi had drafted Singapore treaty which create one more law like Mauritius route !! And it appears that NaMo does NOT want to end it, but widen it !!

What is Mauritius route? Basically, it means that company with a postal address in Mauritius will pay no taxes in India. Now Mauritius has population of 13 lakhs and has invested $ 78 billion in India i.e. $60000 per Mauritius adult and children !! Obviously all money is from outside. The problem is --- each Indian has to pay taxes on returns on his investment , while Mauritius company pays no tax. In effect, it increases tax burden on Indians.

Now Sonia Gandhi wanted to create one more route --- Singapore route !! And instead of ending it , it seems that NaMo wishes to continue it !! The treaty with Singapore has same clauses , that capital gains made by Singapore company in India will be NOT be taxed in India !!

Now why do global investors want singapore route? Why dont they use Mauritius route? Because in Mauritius are owned by British banking mafia Rothschilde and American banking mafia Rockefellar. So Japanese and Chinese investors dont trust them. They have their Banking mafia in Singapore. And so GoI is creating singapore route for them.

The so called investments create temporary prosperity only. Imagine a family which has sold lands , got huge money and then spends it away. After a decade , it would be pauper, The so called FDI etc have same effect. They do NOT add any skills in India. Finally, the companies will one day demand repatriation of profits, and that will take away all dollars that came and crreate worse forex crisis.

Siganpore route worsens the problems , as because Indians weill have to pay taxes while japanese and chinese investors wont have to pay taxes or pay far far less taxes. So Indian factory owners will NOT grow.

Solution is that we end all this tax benefit scams. All companies must pay same tax rate. Thats the law in USA too. You can start business in USA --- but same tax rate as American will apply. And we should focus on law-drafts that reduce inefficiencies of factory owners such as TCP, DDMRCAM, JurySys, RTR, wealth tax , inhertiance tax. etc.
