NaMo, BST-workers , RSS-workers , AAPians, AK, Congress leaders, Sonia etc shout against black dollars abroad, but cant spare time to print one page law-draft in Gazette which will nearly zero all black money in India within six months !! what law-draft? and how can we get that law-draft in Gazette without help of NaMo, Sonia, AK, their workers etc?

Following is the law-draft ---
.
1. Say A has sold OPEN plot or flat over Rs 5 crore to B for Rs X crore
.
2. Now if within 15 days, C, D or E offers 20% or more extra to Govt, then Govt would give the plot to highest offer maker, and give Rs X plus 15% to B , and govt will keep difference.

If this law comes, then % of black money in land will decrease from existing 50% to mere 10% or even less. IOW, who-so-ever who wants to buy land will have to convert his black money into white and thus pay 35% tax on it. And this will reduce black rupees and black wealth in India.

LATVIA and many country have such law-draft. In fact, in Latvia, the premium is just 5% !!

Now black money eventually has to be used somewhere. And most important place to use is to buy land. And when land buying requires 100% white or even 90% white money, then black money will lose its value and will decrease. IOW, this "every land sale will be deemed as auction" law-draft can reduce black rupees in India within few months. This will also reduce land prices, increase industries and thus reduce unemployment.

So leaders and BST-workers have all the time in world to scream against black money abroad which wont come in even 5 years. And leaders and BST-workers dont want to work on law-draft that can reduce black rupees in India. Why not? Because most leaders have huge plots, NaMo may not be personally having any such wealth, but other than him, most BJP leaders are big time land hoarders. And so are all Congress leaders and AAP depends on Jindals etc who are also land hoarders. Now if this law comes, then when they have to sell land, all price will be in white and so capital gains on them will increase. IOW, these land hoarders will lose. And so leaders and BST-workers dont want to work on this law-draft.

Those who want law-draft should leave organizations who oppose these law-drafts, such as BJP, Congress, AAP, RSS, BST-workers.
