1. FDI in defence does NOT save forex by even 20% as the foreign company which is making weapons in India can demand repatriation i.e. taking back of its profits in dollars anyday. So say a plane is imported for $ 10 million = Rs 60 crore. Then we have to give forex of $10 million. In case of FDI that company will make profit of $8 million anyway, and so repatriation will be $ 8 million anway. IOW, in import, we pay forex now, but in FDI we pay forex tomorrow !! There is not much difference.

2. A superior way is to improve manufacturing in India by brining Jury System , wealth tax, Right to Recall over all positions, removing excise, VAT, service tax etc. BJP\AAP\Congress\RSS leaders oppose these solutions.

3. The argument that "lets invite Japanese and US companies to make weapons in India to save us from China + Pakistan attack" is like "China + Pakistan are going to attack India to snatch away JK , so lets hand over JK to USA and Japan !!".Its as intelligent as saying that "lets handover lamb to a kasai to save the lamb from wolf". If we have weapons made by Japanese or American or British or French companies, then none of these weapons will work when USA invades Japan. So FDI in defence does protect us from invasion of China + Pakistan, but does NOT protect us from invasion of USA.

4. Since 1991 , situation of weapon manufacturing has been declining. But RSS-apex, BJP-apex, Congress-apex, AAP-apex never informed volunteers and voters about problems and solutions. And now when we have become extremely weak, they all come and pose a non-solution namely FDI in defense and only solution. Their shrill cry is "what should be do today". Well dear sirs, why did you keep silence for past 20 years or past 10 years? Why didnt YOU propose law-drafts to improve local weapon manufacturing in India at shakha meetings or jhadu meetings in past 10 yearsand wasted away time in morning walks and jhadu weilding?

5. The loans create debt-trap and FDI in all sectors create "accumulated profit repatriation trap" which is worse than debt trap. i.e. a company can keep accumulating profits, and then one day, it can demand dollars for all its profit. Now if several MNC-owners demand repatriation on one day, then it can create serious forex problems which can bring down the Govt as well as whole nation.

6. The technology transfer is eyewash to fool Indians. If foreign company makes goods, then technology transfer agreement only means that they need a certificate from a private or Govt Indian company that technology has been trabsferred !! There are no actual tests conducted to see if actual transfer happened. And most important point in technology is skill which is inside human brain --- not documents. The skill comes by actually doing - not merely by reading documents of some production company. So no technology transfer will occur in reality.

7. It is a lie that we dont have ,money and so we need FDI. We can raise all the money we need via wealth tax, inheritance tax, removing tax exemption to Mauritius companies, removing tax exemption to SEZ etc. The BJP\Congress\RSS\AAP leaders want Mauritius \SEZ loot to go on and so they are not removing tax exemptions to Mauritius\SEZ companies

8. FDI in defence does NOT bring many jobs as most jobs in weapon making are design jobs, and weapon design will be done in USA, Japan only. The final manufacturing is highly automated and most labor too will be from USA , Japan only. So only very few low rung jobs will be in India.

9. The solution to improve weapon manufacturing in India is to kick away all judges , and bring Jury System in lower courts, high courts and supreme court. And to remove taxes such as excise , VAT, GST, service tax and instead use wealth tax and streamline income tax. And use DDMRACM = Direct Deposit of Mineral Royalties into Citizens Account and Military. AAP\Congress\BJP\RSS leaders oppose these solutions because the elitemen who pay for their media campaign and elitemen who give them tons of money in right or wrong way dont want these laws.

10. The supporters of FDI dont mention that FDI strengthen Missionaries as MNC-owners will eventually work to erase local religions and put Missionaries.

All in all, FDI of all types and dollar loans of all types only push us deeper in quicksand = daldal. And problem that India is NOT making weapons is real. And solutions are Jury System, wealth tax , DDMRCAM, removing GST, VAT, excise etc and Congress\AAP\BJP\RSS are opposing these solutions and instead pushing for FDI. And ONLY group in India which is campaigning for these solutions is Right to Recall Group. So if you are true Swadeshi, then please boycott Bharat Swambhiman Trust workers (who are all now supporting FDI in defence, mauritius route, SEZ tax exemptions) and please boycott RSS.
