How NaMo's Gujarat VAT act's sub-section 7A of section 11 , which NaMo printed in feb-2013 and made effective on 1-april-2013 , in blatantly "unethical" . sub-section 7A of section 11 says "if a vendor has not paid tax collected on sales to the government treasury, the buyers' 'input tax credit' will be disallowed to that extent.". SOLUTION : repeal VAT, GST etc and use wealth tax. And please note --- Congress/AAP also support this VAT/GST act.
