NaMo doesnt need majority on Rajya Sabha to get good laws passed ---- he can create and take referendum route

In 1996,/1998 , BJP-leaders are publicized "we dont have 273 MPs in Loksabha" as their pet excuse for inaction on Mauirtius route, not making 2 child policy, not stopping Bangladeshis, not making Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya, Krishna Janabhoomi Devalaya, Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya , not repealing art-370 etc etc.

Now I am already seeing posts from NaMo-apologists give few more years to NaMo to get good laws passed, and the FAKE and WRONG excuse give is that NaMo doesnt have majority in Rajya Sabha, and NaMo doesnt have 2/3rd majority in both houses.

What are next excuses? That NaMo doesnt have majority in UN?

Well, NaMo can make a referendum like law (see one proposed draft in section-1.3 of rahulmehta . com / 301.htm ) using any draft he wishes and thus using publuic pressure to force all Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha MPs to get necessary law-drafts passed. IOW, Not having majority in Rahya Sabha is a 100% pure nonsensical excuses.

All in all, next few days are MOST important for nationalists to push issues, and these are last 2-3 weeks when people are interested in listening, political issues. And after 2-3 weeks, the interest will be zero, So whether issue is ----- census-2011 or issue is Mauritius issue or SEZ issue or cancelling GST issue or Ram Janam Bhoomi Devalaya issue or Krishna Janam Bhoomi Devalaya issue or Kashi Vishvanath Devalaya issue or 2 child law or Uniform Civil Code or Article-370 or any issue. ---- best time was before election, and second best time is now. Talking about these issues after 2-4 weeks will be highly inefficient use of time.
