Congress\BJP\AAP to support laws that make India womb-rental super power. Only we at Right to Recall Group have demanded repeal of the 2005 surrogacy law , that has made India a womb rental super power.
In 2005, UPA govt made a law that if a surrogate mother has made a "child hand over" contract, then that contract will be binding. That law was made to enable Western couples use Indian women's wombs to have babies because Western women no longer want child birth pain. Before 2005, such "child hand over" contracts were void, and so surrogacy was very very rare. But after 2005, it has become booming business in India.
I have proposed law-draft that "child hand over" contracts signed till child is at least 6 months, will be void. After child is six months, he may be given for adoption. This will end surrogacy business,.
Modifesto finds no mention of ending this surrogacy business. So I am presuming that NaMo is NOT against booming surrogacy business,. OR, please get me a statement from NaMo that he will end this business,.
As per Congress, it made that law.
And as per AK , he has openly supported surrogacy business, Ask him.
