Please order via SMS to Mumbai collector, Maharashtra Chief Election Officer and Chief Election Commissioner India to cancel this poll, and order a repoll in Mumbai and all seats of MH, where a voter who is present in either old or new voter list can vote.

It is trivially easy for EC to combine the old and new voter lists, and create a list which has only one entry per voter. So if a person is present in old voter list but not in new, he would be able to vote.

Pls find cell numbers yourself. Please dont ask me for cell numbers, I am in Ahmedabad. The task of finding numbers should be done by someone in MH.
