Rahul Mehta Gandhinagar LsCandidate
What do voters gain by supporting non-winners? Ans : 7300 voters supported me in apr-2011, and so today 1000s of volunteers across India know about Right to Recall, Jury System etc. , something which I could not do in election-less campaign of 1998-2009.
Every vote to a non-winning candidate takes the information on the law-drafts and problems he proposes to 10-20 volunteers. And that in turn forces other leaders to change stand. eg in apr-2009 some 7300 voters in Gandhinagar area supported me. And so 1000s of activists across India noticed the points I had mentioned. So the rate at which information was spreading increased. So much, that in april-2011, 100s of IAC workers told Anna that "Lokpal is bakwas, what if lokpal becomes corrupt? And Right to Recall is far better optoion !!" And this forced Anna to give lip service to Right to Recall. Otherwise, Anna\AK till apr-2011, never spoke anything in favor of RTR. Even today, both keep opposing every RTR-draft presented to them and never give their own RTR-drafts. This proves they both Anna\AK are anti-RTR. Then what forced them to give even lip service to RTR? The reason was their volunteers. And made their volunteers read information on RTR. It was fact that "7300 voters supported the RTR agenda in apr-2009".
To be specific
1. voter's support to me will inform more activists across India that voters should start sending necessary to orders to MPs via SMS containing URL to the law-draft that voters thinks is good for India.
2. voter's support to me will inform several activists about RTR, JurySys, wealth tax, putting all land ownership information of all trusts on net, imposing wealth tax on all trusts including temple, gurudwara, mosques, churches etc and so forth
3. voter's support to me will inform several activists about the fact that census-2011 relgion/language has been supressed by Govt and that every MP and every tall leader is silent about it
4. voter's support to me will inform several activists about Right to Recall District Education Officer, and how it can improve Municipal schools, and why it is must to improve Municipal School to save Hinduism, India, whatever
And many more.
One can say any good things about any party. But no party, be Congress or BJP or AAP ever publicized information on any good law-drafts. All they have done is wasting away time andd energy of activists in slogan shouting, cap wearing, mask wearing, jhadu wediling etc.
IOW, every voter's support to non-winner's agenda takes the information to 10-100 activists across India. Thats a major plus point and also it is only plus point AFAIS. And if winning is only reaon, why is BJP contesting polls in Tamil Nadu? It cant win even a single seat there. And throughout 1950s, Jan Sangh didnt win even municipal seat in large parts of India and Gujarat. But still it used to contest all elections. Contesting election is necessary to publicize the law-drafts one is proposing. Also, a non-winner is worth supporting only if he has law-draft proposals that would benefit India in long run. Supporting people like AK, whose only goal is oppose all good law-drafts like Right to Recall, Jury System, Wealth tax, repealing SEZ, repealing VAT, repealing service tax, repealing GST, etc. How only goal is cut votes of NaMo and nothing more. Voting for such sprurious newcomers surely serves no purpose.
