Please help me find exact work of Vivekanda on effect of high interest rates (usury)

I vaguely remember reading a quote from Vivekanand that many Hindus in 1000 AD to 1200 AD converted to Islam due to usury in Hindus !!

Did he ever so? Please let me know if you find exact work etc of Vivekanand which has this line. Because I wish to put that line in my manifesto and highlight the FACT that Congress, BJP and AAP are supporting many userers.
