An young man wished to make several long strong bridges across the rivers. The young man asked an other man "what should I do to make bridges"? The other man gave him some books in Maths, Physics and Engineering, and asked the first man to read. And the second man also said "to make a bridge, you will need many persons, and you should ask them to read these books too". So the first man laughed and said "so you are telling me, that if I read all these books, then the bridges will appear from thin air !!"
The situation is similar to us recallists. We come across activists who wish to fix problems in India. We request them to read the law-drafts that can reduce the problems they wish to reduce. And some non-recallists laugh and say "so you recallists are telling us that if non-recallists reading these law-drafts, then the problems of India will right away reduce , just because we finished reading these law-drafts !!"
The engineering books explain you how to make bridge, and also explain you what kind of structures are useless to make bridge. Same way , my point to non-recallists who like to make fun of law-drafts and confine to neta-andh-bhakti is
1. The law-drafts only tell you HOW the problem at hand can be reduced
2. The commentary on law-drafts also explain why without such or similar law-drafts, problems can NOT be reduced for long
3. If these law-drafts can reduce the problems, then something is wrong with your leaders who oppose these law-drafts round the clock.
Surely, just as reading engineering books wont make bridge appear from sky, same way. reading law-draft alone cant make political solution appear from thin air.
