Dear recallists , IMPORTANT change --- IMO, we should send orders to MPs via SMS with URL and hashcode both, instead of hashcode alone. Very soon, in 3-5 days, I will make about 200 facebook status with necessary orders to MPs via SMS with URLs and hashcodes.
So all in all, the activism I propose is
1. each voter should himself decide which problems he wishes to reduce
2. (a) each voter should decide via people he knows/trusts on which legal-administrative changes may reduce the problems OR (b) a voter should decide himself on which legal-administrative changes may reduce the problems
3. (a) each voter should via people he knows\trusts obtain proposed Gazette draft to bring those legal-administrative changes OR (b) a voter should write the draft himself
4. (a) each voter should via people he knows\trusts obtain the URL where the proposed Gazette draft has been posted OR (b) voter should post the draft on his Facebook page himself
5. each voter should send the order his MP\MLA via SMS containing the URL he approved to print the draft given in the URL in the Gazette ; the SMS must have warning to MP that if he doesn’t print this law , then you will not vote for him.
6. the voters must send orders via SMS on the cell number designated by MP for citizens to send orders and NOT on MP’s personal cell number.
7. if MP\MLA\CM\MP or any recognized activist posts the draft on their website or his facebook page, and issues a #hashcode, then voter may send #hashcode instead of URL
8. the voters who want those problems to be reduced should inform other voters about draft via officially paid newspaper advertisements, pamphlets, WhatsApp, Facebook and other means ; and also ask voters to send orders to MPs via SMS.
The MP\MLA can delete all SMS or simply throw the sim card meant for recieving orders from voters into gutter. Or MP\MLA can connect their mobile to computer and get the SMS counted. When over 42 crore voters have sent same URL via SMS, then the PM will print the draft in that URL in Gazette.
I will soon post 200 status with necessary orders and necessary hashcodes. Each of you can decide which ones you wish to publicize via newspaper advt etc
