The incident occurred around 4.30pm near Aman Welfare Society at Hindustan Naka, Kandivli. The girl and her friend, both Malad residents, had come from Bandra to Hindustan Naka in an auto. While getting off, they realized that they did not have enough cash to pay the fare. The girl's friend said she had a relative who stayed close by and left to borrow cash. When she did not return for quite some time, the girl decided to look for her. But the auto driver insisted that he be paid. "So, the girl handed him her cellphone as security. But while the driver and she were having a loud argument, some young men who were playing cricket started to gather near the spot," said an eyewitness. "When the girl started to leave the spot, the men began teasing her." As the terrified girl broke into a sprint, the men started chasing her. They caught up with her and nearly stripped her. Kicking and screaming, she ran to a nearby restaurant, but the management drove her out. She also tried to enter another auto, but the men dragged her out. Hearing her cries, a motorist stopped and hit one of the men." ............... The arrests were made under the IPC's section 354 (molestation). The arrested men are Fayyaz Ahmed Khan (20), Saroj Khan (20) and Naushad Khan (24). They do odd jobs in the construction and transport industry.

The mess didnt grow in one day --- it has been growing bit by bit over past 20 years. The Congress-leaders, BJP-leaders, RSS-apex and now AAP-apex opposed law-drafts needed to reduce crimes, reduce criminals' bravado and also reduce population growth. The principal reason why BJP-leaders opposed these laws was due to money from assorted elitemen. And the reason why RSS-apex opposed these laws was pressure from BJP-leaders (since 20-25 years, RSS-apex takes orders from BJP-apex , though a drama is created to make it look other way). Congress opposed these laws due toi funds from assorted elitemen too.

Then why didnt activists tried to bring these laws without leaders? Well, most nationalists andhbhakts decided not to work to bring these law-drafts , but (a) take morning walks in morning shakha (b) shout slogans (d) wear masks and (d) dance like cheer leaders. The BJP-leaders and RSS-apex told these nationalists andhbhakt nationalists that these 4 activities will solve all problems and all proposed law-drafts must be opposed without wasting any time in reading what they are and why they are must. The handful of non-andhbhakt nationalists worked to get the laws to reduce crime and reduce population growth. But they were too small in number and couldnt do much.

In 1996, the BJP-leaders and RSS-leaders told the andhbhakt nationalists that "no new laws are needed ; making ABV PM will solve all problems". And now also 18 years later, andhbhakt nationalists have faith in same forecast , with names changed. If ABV was in good health, would they have believed same sentence with same name?

And a new leaders, Anna and Arvindbhai, came and told activists not to waste time in bringing law-drafts, but instead wear cap, shout slogans and wield jhadu and

BJP's apologizing for 2002 riots, NaMo's dumping Ram Jana Bhoomi Devalaya and other two Devalaya , NaMo's dumping art-370 repeal, NaMo's dumping UCC, too late anti-Bangladeshi statements with no detailed plan, and BJP's opposing laws to reduce population growth has further increased morale of islamists in India as well as Pakistan. The islamists see these M-turns as sign of weakness, and may be they are right. What is worse is that despite these M-turns, the andhbhakts nationalists keep opposing law-drafts needed to fix India.

Solution I propose is that nationalists should stop wasting time in morning shakha, stop shouting slogans, stop wearing masks, stop wearing caps
