Pls ask all Delhi voters to order MLAs via SMS to order AK to either cancel AK's decision to give 50% discount to those who didnt pay electricity bill from oct-2012 till today OR give credit to all those who paid the billl as well.

If over 1.10 crore of delhi's total 2.20 crore voters send this order via SMS, then CM = AK will be forced to cancel or change the decision.
