And if the needs be, the Jury\Majority can take narco-test of Petrol Minister or staff in public. RTR over petrol Minister will reduce spurious over over pricing, and RTR over GAIL\ONGC chairman will reduce the need to depend on private companies, be desi or videsi.

By printing these procedures in Gazette, the problem of spurious over pricing of petrol and natural gas if any can be reduced.

Does AK-420 demand/support these draft? NO. He is more interested in stunts like asking Anti Corruption Beauro to file FIR from which NOTHING can come out. A gimmick that paid-media will hail in high spirit. First, ACB in Deolhi has no authority over center and petroleum dept. For that matter, AK-420 can even file case against George Bush for killing 1 million Iraqi and raising petrol prices across world.

The over pricing of minerals, be petrol or coal or natural gas or marble is a serious issue. The solution is MRCM (pls see chap-5) and RTR over Ministers in-charge of deciding prices, and RTR over Chairmen of PSUs in that mineral business. And we need Jury System over the staff. This FIR will take case to corrupt IPS and corrupt judges, who are more corrupt than Ministers and more defunct than Mukeshbhai.

But MNC-paid mediamen will project AK-420's step as a landmark step followed by proverbial "AK is doing something". AK-420 coughs, and paid-media shouts as "see , at least AK is coughing, NaMo/RaGa cant even cough" !! And in a country where vyakti puja still matters, there will be no shortage of andh-bhagats who rever this step.

The disadvantage of such gimmicks is that serious proposals like RTR Petrol Minister and RTR ONGC Chairman, and narco-test in public over Petrol Minister and ONGC Chairman if the need be, get washed away. The FIR is drama to attract votes. And it will work because of paid-media support, not because of of the action per se.

Solution : AK-420 is gaining because nationalists activists in India ended up supporting BJP-leaders who are mostly pro-corruption. It is time nationalist activists ask BJP-leaders to support serious ant-corruption law-drafts. And if BJP-leaders oppose to support anti-corruption law-drafts, they nationalists should openly expose BJP-leaders' opposition to anti-corruption law-drafts. If nationalists keep supporting BJP-leaders who oppose anti-corruption law-drafts, then MNC-owners will be able to project AK as bigger and bigger hero
