Sajjan Kumar and Jagdish Tytler should be narco-tested in public for their roles in 1984 riots, and a Jury of 1500 citizens chosen at random from voter list of Delhi between the age of 55 years and 60 years should decide. (aside : AK-420 has opposed narco-test in public on BOTH. And AK-420 also opposed Jury Trial on both. Proof --- ask AK-420. And AK only wants a time pass SIT .!!)

SIT in Gujarat took over 12 years, even though it started just a few months after riots. Now some 30 years have passed after 1984 riots. So SIT is useless proposal

The solution I propose is to conduct narcotest of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar in public. More names will come , and in such case, they too should be narco-tested in public. The prime accused Rajiv Gandhi has passed away. HKL Bhagat has also passed away. Many small time criminals' names will come from narco-test of Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar. They can be punished

And punishment should be decided by a Jury and not corrupt\nepotic\nexused judges. The judges are too unreliable. We should form a Jury of 1500 voters between the age of 55 years and 60 years, who were also in voter list of 1984. Their decision should be taken as final.

I see no other way to extract facts, and punish the guilty.
