AK-420's anti-African gimmicks will help Chinese make Africans kick out Indians and Indian companies, and this increase Chinese business in Africa. In returm, Chinese have agreed to pay mediamen to project AK-420 as hero. It is huge short term gain for AK-420, those nation loses big time.
Some 2% Nigerians are indeed nuisance. But not all 100%. And solution IMO is Jury System, zoning for soft drugs, zoning for commercial sex etc etc. But AK-420 opposes all this, and insisted on direct violence on all 100% Nigerains and other Africans across Delhi. In return, AK-420 will get Chinese support i.e. Chinese will pay mediamen to project AK-420 as middle class hero across India. And what do Chinese gain from this deal with AK-420?
The Chinese have printed this Somnath Bharati episode as frontpage headline news across all countries in Africa !! This will make Africans anti-Indian and anti-Indian companies. And in long run, it will enable them to kick Indian companies out and replace them with Chinese companies.

AK-420's targeting Nigerians will help AK-420 in covering the FACT that AK-420 is supporting Bangladeshis. I would give you an analogy. Say there are two criminals in an area --- extortionist and small time pick pocket. Say the PI has nexus with extortionist and wants to to protect him. So PI will go after pick pocket and make a huge noise, and using paid media, he thus takes focus away from the fact that he supported extortionists.
Nigerians are small time nuisance. They are into cheating , commercial sex and drugs, but not into violence and large scale slum grabbing etc. Where as Bangladeshis are into all types of crimes and they grab whole slum area once they cross a threshold and are long term threat to India. But Bangladeshi dont harass middle class men, and confine to slums. But they are far bigger long term threat. IOW, Bangladeshi are big criminals while Nigerians are just small time nuisance.
AK-420 supports Bangladeshi because AK-420 heavily depends on paid-media which is funded by Saudi Arabians. And to cover his inaction in Bangladeshi issue, AK-420 is picking on Nigerians.
But in this mess, Indian interests lose seriously.
