1. Sunanda Pushkar has been "suicided". IMO, we should have a Jury Trial by a Jury of 1500 Jurors chosen at random from Delhi's voter list between age of 35 years and 55 years , on suspects ; and if majority Jury decides , then forensic expert should take narco-tests of suspects in public. Ordinary trial by corrupt, nepotic and nexused judges will NOT lead to anything. I think that she was upset with hubby's ditching her, and was going to expose scams which involved not just hubby but also hubby's bosses !!! And so suiciding her was only option left for these mafia.
In Greece in 800 BC, when a very powerful and wealthy person was involved in serious crime, a Jury of 500 to 1500 citizens from city of say population 60000 were selected at RANDOM and called to decide the case. The age was 35 years to 55 years. This was because such persons have pre-built nexuses with judges, IPS etc. And they can also bribe/coerce small number of Jurors. Now if Greece of 800 BC can have Jury Trial of 1500 Jurors, then surely India of today can have Jury Trial of 1500 Jurors.
2. AK opposes narco-test in public on the rape accused, opposes lowering juvenile age to 16 years and opposes Jury Trial in rape and cases of serious violence of women. AK also opposes narco-test on in-laws in case of dowry deaths !!! (proof - ask AK) . A large number of crimes against women happen because juvenile age is 18 years. Despite this AK opposes lowering juvenile age to 16 years. Further, AK has opposed death sentence to 16-dec-2016 case juvenile convict.

4. To create a drama, Shiela Dixit will be imprisoned . But AK has opposed Jury Trial on her and also opposed her narco-test in public. So Shiela Dixit will be in prison for 4 months and once Loksabha elections end on 16-may-2014, she will be out.
5. AAP's vigilantism is BAD, but may increase votes in middle class voters across India !! Why? Due to corruption in policemen and judges, it is FACT that many middle class localities across India (except Gujarat *) have nuisance like commercial sex, drugs, brawls, ruffian neighbors etc. Solution I propose is Right to Recall District Police Chief, RTR District judges, RTR district public prosecutors and Jury Trial, and narco-test in public etc etc. I ask many activists to publicize these law-drafts, and request them to order MPs via SMS to bring these laws. But activists insist on naare-baazi, member-making, mask wearing , cap wearing, jhadu weilding, rallying , vote collecting etc etc and so such laws dont get passed. And so problems remain. And so such vigilante get oppurtunity to become popular. AAP is targetting Nigerians, and this will fetch them middle class voters in many parts of India such as Goa, Mumbai etc !!!
(* - In Gujarat, since 1960s, policemen/judges make so much money from liquor business that policemen/judges do NOT promote nefarious activities in middle class localities. And so demand for vigilamnteism in Gujarat has been low)

Pls give 35% less sympathies for her "suicide". Because IMO, one should stay away from corrupt Ministers as far as possible, and if one gets involved with motive of getting benefits from them, then society cant waste time and resources in protecting one beyond a point. If fish herself goes to a crocodile, what can a savior do? In whole world of 700 crore population and whole India of 120 crore population, if one cant find a decdent honest man, and one needs to gets involved with a corrupt Minister, then one deserves ONLY justice but not much sympathies. In cases like delihi 16-dec-2012 bus case, the victim was 100% innocent. But here, the victim was NOT 100% innocent. Anyway, we must punish the criminal with full force using Jury Trial and narco-tests. But lets give sympathy to one who deserves and not waste sympathies on one doesnt.

AK's decision to use vigilantism to get middle class voters across India is WRONG step, but will benefit AAP. Solution I propose is that we should publicize STRUCTURED ways to reduce crimes, such as RTR Police Chiefs, Jury Sys, RTR judges etc.
