Dear All,
Pls focus on MAJOR systemic flaws of AAP = AK, and pls do NOT waste time on minor flaws. Otherwise, AK = AAP will fix minor flaws, and then tomato will be on your face.
A crafty leader will make series of small mistakes, and his sponsors will pay mediamen to highlight his small mistakes so that focus goes away and then he can fix the minor flaws and get his negative publicity overturned.
An example is lizard dropping its tail, so that predator keeps busy with tail and lizard can run away. Another example would be James Bond dropping ball bearings from his car when villain is chasing him, so that villain's car slips due to ball bearings.
What are major systemic flaws?
(1) AK is opposing Right to Recall Delhi Mayor law-draft, and also opposing RTR Delhi Corporator draft. He is also opposing RTR over Delhi District Education Officer.
(2) AK is oppose the proposal to print Right to recall Janlokpal clauses in the Delhi Janlokpal draft
(3) AK is opposing 1% wealth tax on land so that flat prices would come down.
(4) AK is also refusing to put land ownership records on the net.
(5) AK is opposing Right to Recall over Doordarshan Chairman so that paid-media's hold on Indian polity can go on.
(6) AK supports FDI in media and refuses that tv-channels and newspapers in Indian must be wholelly owned by Indians only.
(7) AK also opposes the proposal that slum dwellers be allowed to choose tanker provide by visiting Patwari office or SMS. And he opposes the proposal that ration card users be allowed to change ration card via SMS or personal visit to Patwari office.
(8) AK refused to keep SMS support in coming Mohalla Sabha draft
(9) And above all, AK opposes the proposal to bring Jury System in tribunals which come under Delhi Govt.
(10) And AK opposes narco-test in public even cases of murder, high tax evasion , high corruption etc. And AK oppooses death sentence on the 16-dec-2013 delhi bus case's "juvenile" criminal.
All in all, #AAPisCongress3 . AAP supports every wrong law which Congress/BJP does and AAP also opposes every good law which Congress\/BJP does. And AAP is worse, because Congress\BJP dont waste time of those who want system change. Whereas AK's main goal is to waste away time of activists who want system change.
IOW, pls take issues which briing out the FACT that AK\AAP are worse than Congress\BJP.
What are his minor flaws?
1. He didnt file case of Shiela Dixit --- Well, with flick of pen, AK will imprison Shiela Dixit or even Robert Vadra. In fact, I suspect that AK will soon do a drama of imprisoning Shiela Dixit and Robert Vadra. It is matter of just 5 months !! Loksabha election counting ends on 17-may-2014. And next day AK can release her. And give anyone 5% of money Shiela Dixit made, he may be willing to sit in prison for 5 years !! So if you focus on Shiela Dixit's cases and Robert Vadra's cases etc, then all you will get is imprisonment for 5 months, and thats all. And what you will lose is lakhs of votes across India !! And what would a case against Shiela Dixit fetch? Even here, AK opposes narco-test in public in corruption cases and AK opposes Jury Trial in corruption cases. So trial will be run by same corrupt/nepotic judges. So nothing will come out. Best case scenario is that lower court will convict in 3 months, so that AK can cut middle class votes. But after that, appeals in higher courts will go on forever.
2. Electricity rates wont go down till may-2014 --- He can call emergency Assembly session and reduce rates tomorrow. So the egg will be on face of those who say that "electricity rates wont fall till may-2014".
3. Janata Darbar --- he can call area wise meeting and that will be easy to manage
List is long.
So IMO, pls dont waste time on this minor issues.
As a rule of thumb, take an issue which will have LONG TERM POSITIVE impact on India. A narco-test on major corruption case in public will have long term benefit for India. Right to Recall will have long term positive impact on India. But mere cases against few leaders and few months' imprisonment will not have any long term impact. Also pls note, that whole game is only for 5 months !! For such small 5 months, anyone can do a drama. So pls dont raise any issue which small drama can solve.
