Almost all mechanical water meters in the world have this known problem that if air flows thru them with high pressure, then the meter will move. And when water flow ends, the pipe becomes vacant and gets filled with air. And so when water flow resumes, the air will be pushed out and so water meter will move. It creates an error some 2% in general. AK demonstrates this error to a crowd, and then tells the crowd that Delhi Jal Board has deliberately created the meters which will make them move even when air flows !!
Dear AAPians, your leader is a con. If this error is demonstrated in public, then also there is NO harm. But a truthful person will also say that such errors are across the world, and dont cause damage of more than 2%. And one should NOT make it look a pre-medidated theft on part of Jal Board.
