My sincere thanks to AK = AAP in creating 47 new courts in Delhi .
This step is REAL and it has far reaching GOOD consequences. It will bring huge VALID publicity to AK across middle class of India , and also bring bad name to all Congress/BJP etc leaders across India, because they in past 65 years did NOT increase number of courts,
AK's free water, cheap electricity, useless anti-corruption hotline , going via metro, not putting red light etc etc nonsense steps. But THIS STEP IS REAL. Everyone who took sincere steps to reduce problems of India always found on day one that biggest problem is corruption/nepotism of judges and second biggest problem shortage of courts. Since 1998, I have been infoming voters/activists about Jury System to reduce corruption/nepotism problem, and that we should have 200,000 more courts than existing 18000. And many activists asked CM to raise number of courts. But they could not and did not. Nor did they give valid reasons why they cannot. And now that AK in 15 days has created 47 new courts, this step will fetch him HUGE popularity over NaMo and other leaders.
And now lets see some anatomy.
Whats the procedure to increase number of courts? The steps are -- (1) CM has to request High Court Chief judge (2) HCj then approves the request. Across all India, all CMs including NaMo want to tripple the number of courts or even make it ten times so that court delay can reduce. But apex-judiciary doesnt increase number of courts. The main reason why judges dont increase number of courts has been influence of American elitemen. The solution to that is Right to Recall judges and Jury System (which AK has opposed). The American elitemen do not want number of courts in India to rise. But now that new Delhi CM is sponsored by American elitemen, the judges are acting fast to increase number of courts. If some other CM had asked for new courts, this would not have happened. And this step will increase the popularity of AK across Indian middle class.
Now every citizen will ask a natural question --- why didnt NaMo increase number of courts in Gujarat? How come he can make bold demand that "all taxes be abolished" but he cannot ask for 80000 new courts across India and 6000 new courts in Gujarat? All these VALID questions will cause damage , unless real answers are given. And the real answer is --- no Indian leader can make a tall workable demand without approval of MNC-owners !!! And if an Indian leader makes a tall demand, then MNC-paid-media and MNC-influenced supreme-judges will roast him. Now sadly, BJP is not in position to give this REAL answer to voters. And so BJP leaders will have no answer to this question "why dont you triple the number of courts across states?" And so due to answerlessness, BJP leaders will lose points against AK on this "number of courts" issue.
Anyway, a good thing is good thing. My sincere congratulations and thanks to AK = AAP to create 47 new courts in Delhi. Its a good step, and will benefit people of Delhi and people across India. Since 1998 I have been asking that number of courts in India should go 10 times. On BRF, I have been writing about it since 2002. Sadly Nationalists never forced their leaders to take this step. So ABV didnt raise number of courts by any significant number and nor did any BJP CM. It is shame that Nationalists activists supported leaders who refused to increase number of courts.
