I told you that there will be anti-corruption hotline. I never promised that anyone will ever pickup that phone !!!
I called 8 times. 5 times, it was busy. And remaining 3 times, "pls wait music came" and then call got disconnected !! What a comedy !!! What a tragedy.
And whole concept of sting operation is nonsense. String works ONLY when officer directly asks for bribes. Over 99% officers take bribes via middlemen . The middlemen are not govt employee but private persons like lawyers or registered agents. They will even take bribe by cheque and give you receipt. The officers takes bribes via middleman ONLY. I wonder how sting will work.
Solution is Jury Trial, where Jury can expel an officer on reasonable doubt and can also order narco-test on agent, officer etc in public. And AK has opposed narco-tests on corrupt officers, Ministers. Instead he asks every citizen to buy hidden camera !! As if officer will openly ask for bribes !!
