Those who attacked offices of AAP should be subjected to Jury Trial by Jury of 100 voters chosen at random from that district, and the Jury should be allowed to take the accused's narco-test in public. And the Jury may imprison them for 2-3-5 years.

If I was in Jury, and if accused had attacked the offices, I would imprison them for 3 years at least. And if they had harmed any human or taken any action that could have harmed a human, then another 2 years.

We should NOT show mercy for hooligans because they have some nationalists banners.

If one wishes to punish PB, we should Jury Trial with narco-test in public on him. The narco-test will show that PB is suppoirting JK because of CIA money. And narcotest on RB will reveal many nefarious deals of PB which can be used to imprison PB. But we MUST NOT allow private violence
