For once I support Prashant Bhushan --- Prashant Bhushan wants India-wide referendum on whether Indian Army should be there in JK or not.

I support him --- we should have nationwide referendum on this issue, via SMS or person visit to Patwari office. Let 80 crore voters decide. Outcome will over 70 crore YES, and it will expense of Rs 200 crore, but IMO, it is worth it. The Army will have proven back from people of India, and p-sec will be shut for good.
