Pls demand Jury Trial with narco-test in public shiela dixit etc ; pls DO NOT demand plain vanilla inquiry on ex-Ministers by some corrupt , nepotic compromised judges, because such useless inquiry will only waste time and reveal NOTHING .

Pls learn from 10 BHK flat drama. The drama was --- (1) AK first ordered IAS incharge to allocate 10 BHK flat (2) then sponsors of AK paid mediamen like ToI to criticize it (3) anti-AK folks spent time and energy in criticizing AK on 10 BHK dual flats (4) AK returned that 10 BHK dual flat and took 4 BHK, and now egg is on the face of critics !!!

Moral of the story is -- NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER spend time in criticizing small steps of leader who has support of paid media. Throw ONLY major sensible demands, which are USEFUL for nation at large ; so that if under pressure the leader does execute the demand , then at least nation benefits ; and if leader doesnt execute the demand then the leader gets exposed.

I would give analogy on why one should never chase small mistakes of leaders. When lizard is chased by predator, the lizard will leave off its tail to engage the predator so that lizard can escape. Like that, leaders make small mistakes so create a controversy so that focus moves away from larger compromises, scams. nefarious deals etc.

Now the next drama is on shiela dixit's inquiries. Please note that AK will soon order inquiry of Shiela Dixit. And AK may even order inquiry on Robert Vadra . After all , its ONLY a six months drama. So PLEASE DO NOT MAKE MISTAKE OF ASKING FOR PLAIN VANILLA INQUIRY ON SHIELA DIXIT. Instead, ask for Trial by Jury of 1500 Delhi voters between the age of 40 years and 55 years chosen at random from voter list, in which Jury may demand narco-test in public if Jury feels necessary. AK will oppose this demand and thus AK will get exposed, that he is just another Congress-like or BJP-like rundown politician posing as Bhagat Singh. But if all you demand is plain vanilla inquiry by some judges, most of whom are corrupt and nepotic and compromised in many ways. The inquiry like 2G scam will go on for 5 years and then case will go on for 5 years and then appeals will go on 25 years and by that time Sheila Dixit may not be even alive. So AK has nothing to lose by ordering such useless inquiry.

The ex-Ministers are corrupt, but not stupid. They are cunning and shrewd anough not to leave any paper trail. All you will end up getting is "oversight or improper use of discretionary powers" which doesnt amount to any major crime. And without narco-tests in public, there is no way to know where they have hidden their assets.

Now is inquiry and trial by Jury of 1500 voters possible? Well, if Greece of 800 BC could have inquiry and trial by 1500 Jurors chosen at random from population, it is surely possible today. The paid-intellectuals give all sorts of hoarse cries against Jury System, because the elitemen who pay them want judge system and not Jury System. Also the paid-intellectuals oppose narco-test in public in high corruption cases. Now narco-test is not 100% reliable, but then I kever said that narco should be taken as evidence. But narco can lead to material assets and evidence. eg during narco test, a corrupt minister may end up revealing where he has buried his gold or some diary, and that gold/diary can become material asset and evidence. And statements made in narco need not be used as final proofs. IOW, naroc has ONLY plus points and no minus points. But paid-intellectuals oppose narco-test in public in corruption cases as they get paid by people like Sonia Ghandy, Sharad Pawar etc etc

Now AK had opposed narco-test in public of A Raja, Shahid Balwa etc etc. In apr-2011, he had opposed narco-test in public by citing human rights nonsense and supreme court judgment. The supreme court judgment is now NOT a show stopper, as Assembly Speaker has powers to order arrest and powers to conduct narco-test. YES, Assembly Speaker has all powers that judges have, and judges cannot give stay order on Assembly Speaker's orders. So via resolution in Assembly, Assembly Speaker can order arrest and narco-test in public on anyone and everyone.

Now if you ask AK to conduct trial on corrupt ex-Ministers , via Jury Trial using narco, AK will oppose it again. And that will p;rove to public that he is just another Congress/BJP like career leader. If you ask for inquiry on ex-Ministers via corrupt/nepotic judges and using no-narco-tests, then next day he will order this inquiry and will win the round.

Now what if AK indeed orders Jury Trial on ex-Ministers with narco-test in public? Well, all glory for AK - nation got benefited and I will donate Rs 100,000 to AAP. Not only it will benefit one case, but start a new tradition.

So all in all, pls dont demand plain vanilla inquiry on ex-Ministers like Shiela Dixit. Pls order inquiry by Jury of 1500 votrs chosen at random from Delhi's voter list between the age of 40 years and 55 years, and using narco-test in public. If you make mistake of demanding plain vanilla inquiry by some corrupt nepotic judge, then AK will win that battle just as AK won 10 BHK controversy.
