AK refuses to print Right to Recall Janlokayukt clauses in the Janlokayukt draft to be passed on 29-dec-2013 !! So even if 60 lakh Delhi voters approve an alternative to replace a corrupt Janlokayukt , then also the existing Janlokayukt will continue !! AK also opposing the proposal to collect approvals for initial Janlokayukt candidate's appointment via SMS-voting !!!

AK's democracy is ---- (a) "on chillar issues, I will ask voters to send SMS". (b) but on Rs 1000 issues, voters' SMS can go to hell and AK will obey MNC-owners only (because MNC-owners pay for his media-coverage).

Well, if you want proof, then pls see the DRAFT AK is proposing to pass on 29-dec-2013. In that draft, he has refused to add clauses which can allow 60 lakh Delhi voters i.e. majority Delhi voters to expel\replace a Janlokayukt, they can only do anshan or rallying, but their approvals via SMS or other means will have no value !!!

Further, AK has asked all volunteers to speak lies that RTR is central issue and so cannot be passed by State Assembly. This is white lie. RTR over Janlokayukt is 100% State issue, and so is RTR over Delhi Mayor and Delhi Corporator. Why is AK asking volunteers to lie? Because Jindal who paid money to give media coverage to AK in Delhi, and MNC-owners, who paid mediamen to cover AK outside Delhi are both opposing RTR over Mayor, Corporator and Janlokayult !! And so AK wants to evade the issue by making FALSE claim that only center can pass RTR-drafts !!!
