I did I come to know? AK told me over phone and volunteers working Anna told me that Anna said so, and I believe them. Now it is unethical/illegal to record phone call without permission, and AK refused phone call recording, and so I dint record phone call. You might want to ask AK and put his answer on YT video. And in case you have spare time, pls post on my wall or this group AFTER you have obtained answer from AK

Well, this is must be my 10th appeal to all people on FB to send orders to MP via SMS to hang the juvenile murderer in 16-dec-2012. The juvenile murderer was the most cruel, and in fact, the victim died ONLY because of his tortures and cruelty. Otherwise the victim may have survived. Because Saud money, ABV had raised juvenile criminal age from 16 years to 18 years and since then crime on women has trippled !!! Many juveniles openly resort on all sorts of crimes because of protection this act offers. Ever since 16-dec-2012 delhi bus case happened, we at Right to Recall Group have asked all to send necessary orders to MPs via SMS to reduce the juvenile age and hang this murderer.
Quite sadly, AK\Anna both opposed because the lobbies which want Juvenile criminals to perpetuate are giving huge money to paid-media to cover Anna\AK. And volunteers consider them as Gods. And when these Gods insisted that juvenile age should remain 18 years, and even if changed to 16 years it should NOT be with back dated effect, the volunteers agreed with AK\Anna and refused to send orders to MPs via SMS to hang the 5th murderer.
Due to delay, the juvenile act has still not been changed. And many more are becoming victims. eg one of the criminal in Mumbai mill compound case was also a juvenile !!! He too will walk away in only 3 years or less !!
Shame on people who support activists\leaders like AK\Anna.
