Dr Congress is did 1000 operations with 800 failures. Dr BJP is which did 1000 operations and had 600 failures, with Dr NaMo having least failure rate say 30%. And AK has failure score of 0 !! Because Dr AK never did any operations in his life !!! And paid-media projected Dr AK has "best doctor as he has zero failure rate" !!!
At this point, I should make contrast between my Right to Recall Group and AK = AAP. We never claimed that hospital should be handed over to us the way AK demanded. We suggested step by step remedy such as (1) some operations failed due to poor medicine, so improve medicine checking (2) some operations failed due to power failure during operation, so we should have generator and battery back up etc etc . IOW, we at RRG proposed 200 drafts to fix 50 different Govt depts, each draft open and transparent for scrutiny, acceptance and rejecting. But Dr AK doesnt get into all this mess. With help of paid-media, the sponsors of Dr AK convinced all that "AK has zero operation failure rate" !! No kidding !! He never did any operation. And never spent a minute in proposing piece-wise remedies.
The only way I know to call his bluff is to ask him to do operations. There will be some losses, but better have some losses now than more in may-2014.
The Delhi Governor is supposed to send FORMAL invitation to largest Party BJP. And if BJP declines, then it is supposed to send formal invitation to second largest party AAP. And if AAP also declines, then Congress will get invitation to form Govt. And then Akali Dal with 1 MLA and then independent. If all fail, then house has to be dissolved.
If anyone accepts invitation, then he has to prove majority. Now out of 70 MLAs, if 60 abstain, and one votes, then that is also a VALID majority.
IMO, BJP should decline to form Govt, and give full verbal assurance that BJP will not oppose . So out of 70 - 32 = 38 MLAs, now AAP needs only 20 YESes. With 28 MLAs , AK should have no problem. So let AK form Govt .
If AAP refuses to form Govt, then it will prove to people of India, that AAP = AK never wanted to govern state or India, and they are here only to create chaos and cut votes. And so they will get zero votes in may-2014-loksabha elections
If AK becomes CM, then he will create such a royal mess in Delhi that AAP will get zero votes in jun-2014-loksabha elections.
In either case, the nation benefits.
So IMO, BJP should formally send letter to Governor that Governor may make offer to form Govt to next party Governor wishes.
If BJP forms Govt, then AAP's reality will come out only in jun-2014, and that will be too too late.
