Delhi will NOT be hung Assembly ; AAP will walk out of abstain from voting ; why?

Delhi has 70 MLAs. So if 27 AAP MLAs abstain from voting than CM needs (70 - 27)/2 + 1 = 43/2 + 1 = 23 votes, which BJP will get.

So AAP will neither vote against BJP, not support BJP , nor support Congress, no take support from Congress , but will simply abstain. Because abstaining will enable AAP to fetch maximal votes in may-2014. After jun-2014, AAP may do anything.

If AAP supports BJP or Congress, then it will lose votes as it gets image of "sell-out". If AAP takes support of Congress, then AAP will lose middle class votes in may-2014, and that is a loss to Congress as well.

And if AAP opposed both Congress and BJP, then it will get image of road-blocker and someone who creates instability.

So best option for AAP to maximize its votes in middle class in may-2014 election is to abstain or walk out , which will fetch him image of "we are not interested in power for sake of power" etc etc.

After jun-2014, they will do what praja rajyam party did.
