What do you call a lawyer who frames and gives brilliant argument with all citations and references , on streets and refuses to speak in court ?
Ans : An AAP activist
And consider a judge. He agreed that accused is a criminal, but refused to cancel his bail and also refused give conviction order. And date after date after date after date, the judge would agree that accused was criminal and deserved punishmnet, but refused to pass conviction order or even cancel the bail. What would you call such a judge?

I am giving this answer based on the behavior of An AAP activist I see around me
Let me give you an example.
The issue was reducing poverty and naxalism. I suggested that we should force Govt to give FREE mobile with say 100 talk time and 500 SMS to every tribal/poor in India. Most AAP activists opposed this proposal.
ut out of some of the AAP activists who agreed, they ALL refused to send order to Govt i.e. MP via SMS to give free mobile to every tribal/poor !!!
Govts work as per the orders of citizens. And so people like me have been saying since oct-1998 that we commons should send orders to Govt as and when needed. How can we send orders? From oct-1998 till oct-2012, I used to say that we should send orders to Govt = PM, CM via postacards. And since oct-2012, I have been saying that we should send orders to Govt i.e. PM, CM via SMS.
A lawyer is also supposed to give argument in courts and not just confine to discuss cases on streets. And in the same way we citizens are also supposed to give orders to Govt not just confine to discuss on streets or meeting halls.
But the AAP activists who agreed that Govt should give free mobiles to all poor/tribals, insisted that debate should be confined to meeting halls and no voter should order Govt i.e. MP via SMS to act and give free mobiles to all!!!
So an AAP activist, as I see, is a person who at best can talk sensibly , but will ALWAYS refuse to act sensibly. Whereas we commons, dont know all lofty slogans and dont have a cap to wear, but we do act sensibly. eg all true-activists I met sent orders to MPs via SMS to give free mobile to poor/tribals ASAP.
Now AAP-activists refuse to send orders to MPs via SMS? The reason they give is --- AK has opposed it !!! Why AK opposed it? Because if voters start sending orders to MP via SMS, then his shop will be shut down. So logic is "we need AAP to go on, and so we will oppose the proposal that voters should order MPs via SMS to give free mobile to poor !!" What a logic we have !!
