Since oct-2010, when not even 0.5% of India knew Anna\AK, I have been saying that both AK\Anna are fraudsters as far as RTR goes. They added RTR in agenda only because my years of efforts had made RTR popular in activists though not in commons. They added RTR to attract activists, but both crooks were NEVER serious about RTR,

Now here is proof that AK is NOT serious about RTR. Pls open Delhi Assembly AAP manifesto. It does NOT have RTR-Delhi-Mayor-draft and RTR-Delhi-Corporator draft. Now Municipal Corporation is State subject and so CM is supposed to make laws for RTR over Mayor etc.

Delhi govt doesnt give licenses (permits) for more auto-rickshaws . As a result, permits are sold in black marketing by Congress/BJP and many AAP leaders have joined this game. Due to high black prices of permit, the daily rent auto driver have to pay are high and so auto-drivers demand more rents fro passengers. Solution is to give permits at normal rates to who-so-ever who wants. This will increase supply of auto. And if this creates more traffic, then increase prices of car permits, to reduce number of cars, why should carless (who use auto) suffer to give space to car-owners?

It is shame that AAP-leaders too are opposing proposal to free the permit-raaj in auto-rickshaw. Thats mainly because now many of them get slice of black-markets rates in auto-ricksaw- permits. Whatever one says about NaMo --- NaMo refused to put any restriction on auto-permits and auto-permits are freely given across Gujarat. And due to that auto-drivers are well behaved and seldom demand excess fares.
