Kumar Biswas is semi bluffing -- speaking Congress truths
(The sting was done NOT by BJP\Congress, but by frustrated ex-IAC who got frustrated because AK killed mass-movement to create a political party to cut BJP votes. If BJP\Congress had made this string, then they would have ACTUALLY offered Rs 15 lakhs cash to Sajia and obtained dummy receipts. Why didnt they do so? Because these sting makers didnt have even Rs 5 lakh of cash, which shows that they were NOT from BJP or Congress)
Kumar Biswas says that "everyone" takes cash above Rs 20000. Well, many people take cash in India above Rs 20000. But it is also true that "honest persons never ever take cash above Rs 20000". eg In Ahmedabad, many builders take cash, some as high as 60%. But I personally know builder named Bakeri from whom I myself have bought a flat. He doesnt take even Rs 5 cash whether property is worth rupees few lakhs or in crores !! And there are quite a few such builders who do NOT take even Rs 5 cash. And there are many many non-retail businessmen who never take any cash at all.
Businessmen do take cash of any amount. Now law is clear that "giving cash above Rs 20000 is illegal" but not clear if "taking cash above Rs 20000 is illegal". And so those who take cash above Rs 20000 can always cook several names with each one giving below Rs 20000, get benefit of doubt and walk away.
And it is ILLEGAL for political party to accept cash above Rs 20000 from one person. Which is why Congress, BJP, BSP etc all parties show 10000s of donors each below Rs 20000 !! And income tax dept is supposed to verify names of donors who gave over Rs 20000 cash and if donor accepts, then he has to show that much of white money or donor has to pay heavy fines --- higher than donation he paid. And if donor refuses that he paid that donation, then that donation gets confiscated. IOW, if anyone is giving donation above Rs 20000 , and his money is honestly earned white money, then he will give by cheque only. If someone is offering Rs 15 lakhs of cash, it can ONLY be dishonest money.
Likewise, if event management company is all honest money, then that company would offer only cheque or demand draft and NOT cash. And what sort of argument Kumar Biswas gives that he has no receipt book? He has been doing shows since ages and he doesnt keep recipes book? And he will give receipt on letter head? The receipt book is supposed to have carbon copy and copy is kept as record. Who in the hell keeps letter head pad with carbon copy? IOW, he gave receipt on letter head for cash, and he didnt keep any record as carbon copy with receiver's signature !! Obviously , he had no intention of entering that as income.
And Arvindbhia in once video said "people are offering them cash, but they are declining because they will take donations in cheque only" !!

And anyway, my main allegation is NOT that AAP candidates are taking cash. My main allegation is that they are wasting away time of lakhs of genuine activists and citizens who want real reforms. And AK is just wasting away their time by keeping them busy with political party of #AAPisCongress3 . It has been established since ages that NO good MPs will come till activists take up mass movement to force PM to print Right to recall draft in Gazette. AK has been wasting time of people by saying "mass movement is not possible", while reality was that he himself took mass-movement to dead end because he wanted political party and NOT a genuine mass-movement,
Now AK says since apr-2011 that he will bring RTR when he comes into power. Well, then where is RTR-Delhi-Mayor-draft? And where is RTR-Corporator-draft? And why is RTR-Mayor and RTR-Corporator missing from the promises they are making today? All in all, AAP = AK has NO desire to bring RTR. And without RTR, you can change MPs 1000 times and new set of 500 MPs will degenerate into same old set of 500 MPs. IOW, my main allegation against AK is not some piddly Rs 15 lakh of cash, but that he is wasting crores and crores of activist-hours across nation.
